Transferring your student to Creation School Transferring Students Enrollment Process Parents are asked to visit the school for an interview and tour at which time an application packet may be requested. The application packet includes, the application, the state required Emergency Information and Immunization Record Card, a signed medical release card, a transcript release form or kindergarten readiness form and a tuition payment intent form. Transfer Process We are excited for new students to join our growing school. These are the necessary forms required to transfer your student from public to private school. Payment Options Tuition payments are due in advance, on the 5th of every month. Payments can be made with check or cash. We recommend receiving a receipt from our Accounting Deparment when paying by cash. Checks can be mailed or dropped off in our payment box, located outside of the School Office. This program will automatically transfer your payment from your checking account to Christ Lutheran Vail. You designate the amount, frequency, and transfer date. You can change your designation at any time. Best of all, there are no fees associated with this type of gift! To enroll, please print, complete and return the form. We prioritize the development of young minds through conceptual learning, mastering essential skills, and engaging in enriching, purposeful educational activities. We offer a joyful learning experience that seamlessly integrates instruction across developmental domains and early learning disciplines, preparing children effectively for the world around them. Our approach empowers children to explore and learn independently through center-based activities throughout the day. Early Learners Class Ages 2-3 Early Learners are typically new to the classroom experience. Through loving guidance and role modeling, children learn how to interact in a group setting, develop social skills, gain independence, and are introduced to basic academic concepts. Each lesson reinforces that Jesus loves them. Preschool Class Ages 3 as of September 1 – 4 years old (independent toileting required) Preschoolers are curious learners, and the classroom environment provides many opportunities for exploration. Children are encouraged in critical thinking skills, allowed to strengthen their physical development, guided in social interactions, and provided with discovery-based academic learning. Bible stories provide the foundation for each lesson. Learn how to make a Christian education affordable. Elementary School Tuition Creation Elementary School is a private Christian school and a ministry of Christ Lutheran Vail. It is financially dependent solely upon the tuitions and donations provided by our parents and partners in educational ministry. Attendance at the school comes with a yearly tuition cost requirement. Creation School partners with school tuition organizations (STOs) and private donors to provide support for families that need assistance. Creation School also offers scholarships and discounts in special cases at the discretion of the Director. We strongly suggest that ALL families consider allocating Arizona tax credit dollars to support Christian education at Creation School and encourage family and friends to do so as well. A donation to an Arizona STO allows donors to receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit while funding scholarships for children who could not usually afford to attend a private school. Individuals with an Arizona state tax liability can redirect a portion or all of their state tax liability to an STO. In order to receive funding, you must apply online and follow the steps below to make your quarterly payments. Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Program Please note: Kindergarten students are encouraged to utilize STOs for financial aide. Grade School students are encouraged to utilize the Universal ESA Program. STOs and Universal ESA can not be combined. Universal ESA typically covers up to 50% of Kindergarten tuition.
